Charles Gumbiner.Charles Gumbiner, a former president of the Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. Gumbiner also served as president of the Los Angeles Chapter (1987-88). Gumbiner was a member of CalCPA's AP & AS and Careers in Accounting committees for many years, as well as the Litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right.
