Charles Bohanan reaches 30-year milestone with TAPPI.TAPPI TAPPI Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry celebrated Charles Bohanan's 30 years of service to the Association with a special presentation on January 27, 2005. The TAPPI staff gathered to congratulate Charles on his achievement. Charles joined TAPPI on January 20, 1975. "Charles Bohanan has been a hardworking and loyal employee of TAPPI the past 30 years," said Wayne Gross, TAPPI President. "He has made significant contributions to the association; in particular his work in the test methods area has been exemplary. We are grateful for Charles's work and look forward to his continued efforts on behalf of TAPPI and the industry." As the Quality and Standards Director, Charles manages TAPPI's Standards program, including the development and review of Test Methods and Technical Information Papers. Charles has also served TAPPI as Technical Operations Manager, Technical Editor; Associate Editor; Test Methods Administrator; Creative Services Administrator; Development and On-Line Administrator; Development Administrator, and Technical Program Administrator. Charles is a Certified Association Executive Certified Association Executive (CAE) is a professional certification sponsored by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
