MORRISVILLE, N.C. -- Charles & Colvard announced today that Kenneth Beltran has been named Director of Operations and Technology. Mr. Beltran has been with Charles & Colvard since October 2006 serving in a leadership role supporting quality assurance and process development engineering. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
