Charlene Rosenblum was active m Stereo division in PSA, as well as in the Northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California. The region contains the San Francisco Bay Area, the state capital, Sacramento; as well as the substantial natural beauty of the redwood forests, the northern Council of Camera Clubs, and received awards in N4C including being named an associate of the Council. She was well known in PSA for her stereo photography. She had been a member of San Francisco Photochrome and the Stereo division of the Oakland Camera Club, and earlier of Chicago area clubs.
