Lee, 27, from Ashington, and pal Lee Willis, from nearby Lynemouth, are planning to hike and cycle more than 80 miles the length and width of Northumberland for charity. In April next year the dynamic duo

Dynamic Duo (다이나믹 듀오) is a Korean hip hop duo, made up of members Choiza and Gaeko (former members of the trio, CBMass).
 intend to set off from St Oswald's Hospice hospice, program of humane and supportive care for the terminally ill and their families; the term also applies to a professional facility that provides care to dying patients who can no longer be cared for at home.  in Gosforth, which will benefit from their efforts, and hike along the coast to Berwick upon Tweed.

Lee Ford, who works for St Oswald's as outpatient co-ordinator and also as a fitness instructor fitness instructor fit nFitnesstrainer(in) m(f) , designed the Northumberland Challenge 2010 himself.
