Charity night.


AN evening of entertainment will be held in a village to raise money for a children's hospice A children's hospice is a hospice specifically designed to help children who will not live to reach adulthood with the emotional and physical challenges they face, and also to provide respite care for their families. .

The event will take place tomorrow evening at Honley Liberal Club and will feature entertainment from former X-Factor contestant Trevor Craig and Tameside Artist of the Year Emma Dane.

There will also be bingo, a raffle and a Dutch auction Dutch Auction

An auction where the price on an item is lowered until it gets its first bid, and then the item is sold at that price.

Notes:
The U.S. Treasury (and other countries) uses a Dutch auction when it sells securities.
