Charity in plea for more help.


A CHARITY which supports more than 500 children and adults with disabilities and life-threatening illnesses is appealing for more help from the community.

Take-A-Break runs holiday schemes and after-school clubs in Warwickshire Warwickshire (wŏ`rĭkshĭr), county (1991 pop. 477,000), 975 sq mi (2,525 sq km), central England. The county seat is Warwick. The terrain is gently rolling, with outcroppings of the Cotswold Hills in the south.  as well as social clubs for adults. The charity has grown so much it is hoping to get more support from people in the region. Director Kim Fathers said: "We do receive funding from Warwickshire County Council to run the services we provide. But as with any charity, we rely on donations and fundraising
