Charity fundraiser Joanne's number comes up.


LUCKY motorist Joanne Jones is the proud new owner of a sports car after supporting the Marina Dalglish Appeal.

Joanne bought a raffle ticket and did her bit to raise pounds 12,000 for the appeal.

But her lucky number came up and she landed the top prize of a new convertible Vauxhall Tigra, donated do·nate

The Marina Dalglish Appeal aims to raise pounds 1.5m for a patientfocused centre to provide chemotherapy chemotherapy (kē'mōthĕr`əpē), treatment of disease with chemicals or drugs. One chemotherapeutic approach is the development of selectively toxic substances, i.e.  to patients at Aintree hospital.
