GIVING new regulatory body the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator the power to do spot checks on charity finances.

GIVING OSCR powers to freeze bank accounts of charities and fund-raisers being probed.

INTRODUCING the first-ever Scottish charities register.

LICENSING professionals who collect direct debit promises on the streets.

FORCING charities to reveal exactly how much money they make and what proportion goes to good causes.
