Robert W. Buchholz, a Dallas attorney who was secretary of the company, was charged with fraud in connection with the offer, sale or purchase of securities, sale of unregistered securities; and the sale of unregistered securities by an unregistered agent.

Buchholz referred all questions to his Little Rock attorney, Sam Perroni.

Perroni said Buchholz has said he is innocent and will vigorously defend himself if the case proceeds to trial.

Harris' attorney, Mark Hampton of Little Rock, did not return a call for comment.
