 season at home tonight against the Chico Force The Chico Force are a franchise in the International Basketball League (2005-) based in Chico, California. The team was highly successful in their first season, sporting a 13-7 record, second in the west and 1/2 games behind the Tacoma Thunder. .

Tipoff is 7:15 p.m. at the Morse Event Center.

The Chargers opened the season with a home loss to Salem on Friday but rebounded with a victory against Tacoma on Saturday.

Chico (0-1) lost to Tri Valley, 131-118, in its season opener on Friday.

Eugene will be without starting guard Rodrick Stevenson (hamstring). He'll be replaced by Solomon Yearby, who had a game-high 23 points off the bench against Tacoma on Saturday.

The Chargers play their first road game Friday at Vancouver.
