In her new position, DeVoe is responsible for the sales, marketing, manufacturing and technical aspects of the company. DeVoe joined Chardon Rubber in 1982 as a production scheduler. She then held several management positions, including production control manager, materials manager, manager of systems improvement and plant manager, before being named to her most recent position of vice president of manufacturing. She graduated from Furman University Furman University is a private, coeducational, non-sectarian university in Greenville, South Carolina, United States.
