Chapter 2 e-services, the ASP infrastructure company, today announced that Ed Diver diver, general term used to refer to many diving birds, e.g., the loon, the grebe, and some ducks, auks, and penguins.  has joined as senior vice president of Operations. His 20 years of experience implementing, managing and supporting enterprise-wide application systems, global data centers, call centers and new technologies makes him ideally suited to oversee Chapter 2's core operations.

Diver's responsibilities will include managing Chapter 2's global data center, operations facilities and its customer response center.

Prior to Novell, Diver spent 16 years at Central and South West Corporation, a global energy services company, where his most recent position was director of Application Services See ASP and Web services. .
