The agreement became effective at July 1, 1995, and calls for Stanson to market the Chantal Ethocyn Skin Treatment Products to more than 25,000 chain and independent drug stores as well as to some 10,000 dermatologists in the U.S. According to Chantal, it is estimated that 3,000 dermatologists sell skin care products in their offices to patients, while the remaining 7,000 refer patients to use specific lines of products. "This agreement represents a significant step for Chantal Pharmaceutical," Burnison stated. "The company is very comfortable with the experienced team and marketing ability of Stanson under the leadership of Mr. Fred Reinstein, who has proven successes in the area of health and beauty products marketing.
