This is in response to all the folks who got their panties up in bunches over the YouTube footage of the fat cop clothes-lining those kids out in Little Rock, AR on "Go Skateboarding Day." First off, Gary Scott Davis ain't a joke--but the idea of a day designated for skating is. If you think that the hollow City Hall proclamations are empowering, or that your baby-kissin' small town politicians really give a fuck about you and your little toy (yes, toy), woe be tide ... Woe be tide indeed. Back to the kids and the pigs: I just wish he would have hurt 'em good, given them something to cry about. Fuck you for not running or fighting back. Skateboarding does not need you. Keep it raw and stand the fuck up for yourself next time. A little beat down by Babylon every once in a while does a body good.
