Channell Announces Completion of Planned Stock Sales by President and COO.

TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2003

Channell Commercial Corp. (Nasdaq:CHNL CHNL Channel ) today announced that President and COO William H. Channell, Jr. reported to the company that he had completed planned sales of company common stock. Channell indicated that, with the completion of sale transactions on Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, he had generated sufficient funds to satisfy certain personal obligations. Consequently, Channell indicated that he had no plans to sell additional company shares in the foreseeable future.
