Changing the Name of a National Icon: Brylane Changes Name to Redcats USA.

Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. ) of Brylane, announced today the launch of a corporate name change initiative that changes the name of Brylane to Redcats USA.

This name change does not affect the well-known brand names of the Redcats USA catalogs: Chadwick's of Boston, Lerner, Jessica London, Lane Bryant, Roaman's, KingSize, BrylaneHome, BrylaneHome Kitchen, and BrylaneHome Wishes.

"The name has changed while our expertise and quest for excellence remain the same," said Faintreny. "The change reflects our desire to build stronger relationships with our parent companies, Redcats and Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (PPR PPR

Redcats is the home shopping division of Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (PPR), which acquired Brylane in 1998.
