Changes to Workers' Comp Info for new hires.


The Division of Workers' Compensation workers' compensation, payment by employers for some part of the cost of injuries, or in some cases of occupational diseases, received by employees in the course of their work.  has approved revisions to the California Workers' Compensation Institute pamphlet pamphlet, short unbound or paper-bound book of from 64 to 96 pages. The pamphlet gained popularity as an instrument of religious or political controversy, giving the author and reader full benefit of freedom of the press. , "Facts About Workers' Compensation," which employers and insurers use to meet the statutory requirement to provide information on workers' compensation to all new employees.
