- Contractor management: Manage contractors as named resources including the
assignment of tasks, the capture of time and expense information, and creation
and submission of invoices via the myChangepoint B2B Internet infrastructure.

- Resource management enhancements: Extensive new resource management
capabilities include new skill classifications, enhanced resource searching on
multiple skills, and support for generic resources allowing resource managers
to easily plan for future projects. Resource management capabilities now
seamlessly include external or contract resources in resource search and
management activities.

- Application Programming Interface: Version 5.3 ships with an API enabling
customers to build points of integration with Changepoint in a variety of areas
including human resources, financials, and customer relationship management.

- Browser Client Enhancements: Added functionality to the Changepoint Web
Browser Client offers users additional flexibility without the need for
additional plug-ins, add-ons or applets.

- User managed e-mail notification settings: Users can now specify virtually
any Changepoint event to trigger an e-mail notification.

Pricing and Availability

Changepoint installations that connect to myChangepoint.com can instantly include outside parties in the core business processes of IT services delivery. Changepoint PSA for IT departments and PSOs is available at US $1,000 per user. Contractors and other critical participants in the IT services process can be seamlessly integrated through Changepoint's Internet infrastructure, myChangepoint.com, for a per user, per month fee.
