He lived in Italy, where he met Pierre Mignard (1612-1695) in 1637.

This departure follows the Corporation's decision to restructure its senior management and eliminate the position of President and COO. The current sector structure will remain unchanged except that the presidents will now report directly to Remi Marcoux, who will thus fulfill the functions of Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer. Pierre Dupuis will help ensure a smooth transition until the end of the month. He will also continue to sit on the Corporation's Board of Directors, as he has done since the Corporation became public 15 years ago.
