) today announced that it has broadened its senior management team with the appointments of Thomas P. McMillin, 37, as Senior Vice President and Richard A.B. Gleiner, 45, as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

The appointments are effective immediately and support the development and integration of the radio, outdoor and television assets which have positioned Chancellor as a major multimedia company and prominent national advertising platform. Both executives will report directly to Chancellor President and Chief Executive Officer, Jeffrey A. Marcus.

Mr. McMillin will focus his efforts on assisting the senior management team in integration strategies and initiatives, including the integration of Chancellor's 36,000 recently acquired outdoor advertising displays. Prior to joining Chancellor, Mr. McMillin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Marcus Cable, the nation's ninth largest cable company, where he was directly responsible for overseeing all of the corporate development, finance, accounting, regulatory, planning and information system functions. He joined Marcus Cable in 1994 and over a four year period, together with other members of the senior management team, grew the Company more than five-fold through acquisitions. With a customer base of more than 1.2 million, Marcus Cable was sold earlier this year to Paul G. Allen in a transaction valued at $2.775 billion. Prior to joining Marcus Cable, Mr. McMillin worked for seven years in the cable industry with Crown Media, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards Hallmark Cards, a privately owned American company based in Kansas City, Missouri, is the largest manufacturer of greeting cards in the United States. Approximately 50% of greeting cards sent in the United States every year are manufactured by Hallmark. , Inc., and Cencom Cable Associates in various finance and corporate development positions.
