Shane Rogers commented, "our Texas property, in real terms, has jumped from the stated $580 million to probably well over $1 billion, and this does not include our other properties. The Kentucky oil & gas property could also equal another $500 million to that value". In recent audited statements the Texas property future net revenue stream alone was based at $580 million, and these calculations were based on oil at $16 a barrel.

Shane Rogers also commented that the company has filed their 10SB filing with the SEC, and that the company expects to be back trading on the OTC BB with in 60 days from their filing on April 8, 2000.
