Octavio J. Visiedo, Chairman of Chancellor Academies, Inc., a rapidly growing national company that operates high-performance charter and private schools today announced the appointment of the Chancellor Charter School at Gilbert's principal, Patrick J. Bevier. Formerly of Howell, Michigan Howell is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 9,232. It is the county seat of Livingston County6 and is located mostly within Howell Township, but is politically independent. , Bevier is an accomplished educator with a career that encompasses classroom instruction for middle school and high school children, curriculum development and school administration.
