SCORES of hopeful wannabes Wannabes is an online interactive soap and game created for the BBC by Illumna Digital. Wannabes follows on from Jamie Kane, the BBC's previous foray into online interactive drama. The show/game consists of 14 10 minute episodes released twice a week.  will pack in to a school hall tonight hoping for a small slice of fame.

A Northumberland's Got Talent competition is being organised to take place on July July: see month.  4 as part of a family fun day at Druridge Country Park.

Organiser Lyn Horton, of Northumberland Catholic Extended Services Partnership, said: "At the moment we've got 30 auditions but they're still all coming in thick and fast - although we're putting a ceiling on 40." Auditions for dance and music acts will be held in the main hall at St Benet Biscop from 4pm to 5pm, and auditions for singers and miscellaneous turns will be held in the drama room from 5pm to 6pm..
