 of CHAMPIONS Sports Bar Restaurants, today reported a net income of $47,025 for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 1999 compared to a net income of $25,563 for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 1998.

For the quarter ended Jan. 31, 1999 the earnings per common share was $0.00 compared to earnings of $0.00 per common share for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 1998. For the nine months ended Jan. 31, 1998 net loss was $19,751 or $0.00 per common share compared to an income of $338,246 or $0.03 per common share for the nine months ended Jan. 31, 1998, which included an extraordinary gain of $290,641 resulting from the sale of CHAMPIONS brand to Marriott International Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE: MAR) is a worldwide operator and franchisor of a range of value and luxury hotels and related lodging facilities. Marriott currently has 2,300 accommodation properties in North America alone. , Inc.

Revenues were $655,525 for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 1999 compared to $595,818 for the quarter ended Jan. 31, 1998. -0-
