Champion effort to clean streets; KINGS HEATH.


ENVIRONMENTAL champions from Kings Norton will be part of a conference celebrating a city-wide clean up campaign.

The Street Champions Scheme has seen more than 150 people take part in activities ranging from tree and bulb-planting to recycling schemes and litter picks.

The initiative is supported by CSV (1) (Comma Separated Value) Same as comma delimited.

The initiative has recently expanded to include coordinators who lead the work of local clusters of street champions to achieve greater enhancement of the area. The annual conference will be held on Monday, at the Council House, Victoria Square.
