It is currently the smallest community in the province of Ontario designated as a city. . The holes were located 50 metres west of previously drilled holes PF-26 (gold values of 1.31 gms/tonne over 11.1 metres, incl 7.37 gms/tonne over 0.8 metres) and PF-30 (gold values of 1.42 gms/tonne over 13.5 metres, incl 9.94 gms/tonne over 0.5 metres). Assay results are complete from three reconnaissance holes drilled on the Temple property (31 claim units, 1240 acres) located 5 kms west of the Plomp Farm property in a similar geological setting. Holes TM-1 and TM-2 encountered anomalous a·nom·a·lous adj. 1. Deviating from the normal or common order, form, or rule. 2. The presence of these minerals gives felsic rock its characteristic light gray colour. . The highest value in Hole TM-1 was 1.25 gms/tonne over 1.0 metres. Hole T-2 intersected an 8.4 metre section averaging 0.278 gms/tonne, Au with a high value of 0.713 gms/tonne. Hole TM-3 intersected a new mineralized min·er·al·ize v. min·er·al·ized, min·er·al·iz·ing, min·er·al·iz·es v.tr. 1. To convert to a mineral substance; petrify. 2. To transform a metal into a mineral by oxidation. 3. zone assaying 1.22 gms/tonne, Au over 2.5 metres (including a 4.22 gms/tonne over 0.5 metres) at a vertical depth of 95 metres. Additional drill follow-up of the TM-3 zone is planned. The drill program on the Plomp Farm prospect is continuing.
