Chambers expects to complete the project by the second quarter of 2003, according to the company's land-use applications.

Then, by 2006, Chambers will construct a second building, two stories high, with 28,000 square feet, according to the application. That building will have 26,000 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet for a restaurant.
