  • South Brunswick, North Carolina is the most southwestern corner of North Carolina and encompasses: Shallotte, NC, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, Sunset Beach, NC,
, N.J. from the JP Morgan Special Situation Property Fund.

The Fund is a commingled pension trust fund managed by JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management.

Located at 112 and 114 Melrich Road, the structures total 470,315 SF.

 Logistics Services recently leased the entire 245,528 SF 112 Melrich Road building.

At the same time, the 224,787 SF 114 Melrich Road sat 88% vacant during marketing.

A 75,000 SF pending lease with Federal Express has since been signed.
