Challenge is there for Wales to meet.

Byline: malcolm ALLEN
For the former professional footballer, see Malcolm Allen (footballer).

Malcolm Allen (born May 29, 1973 in Wauchope, New South Wales) is a former freestyle swimmer who competed for Australia at the 1996 Summer Olympics.

IT'S A huge international weekend for Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The capital is Cardiff.  - for both the senior squad and the under-21 side. The results of these matches will decide how both squads approach the challenges of the next few years. They are that important.

Firstly, Brian Flynn's U21s host Bosnia-Herzegovina at the Racecourse and will be looking to build on the win against the Italians.

There is still no room for hiccups as they try to widen the gap between themselves and Italy. They need to win to secure the psychological advantage before travelling to Sarajevo next month.

If they can assert their dominance in this double-header, it will put them in prime position before taking on Hungary and Italy in 12 months' time.

It will be interesting to see who plays for the U21s, with Wales also facing a crunch match out in Finland. I'm expecting one or two of them to be called up to the senior side in Liechtenstein on Wednesday - a game that Sgorio will cover exclusively live.

Boss John Toshack John Benjamin Toshack OBE (born 22 March 1949) is a football manager and former player. He is the current manager of the Welsh national football team. Life and playing career  As for the Wales senior team, they need to build in Helsinki on the recent performance against Russia. There was nothing wrong with the way we played against Russia, but we need to take our chances.

It's a pity that John Toshack rarely gets the opportunity to field the same team in consecutive matches. Playing together gives a side that self-belief and confidence to turn performances into wins.

On the home front, in the Welsh Premier, the game of the day will be at Port Talbot Port Talbot (tôl`bət), town (1981 pop. 40,078), Neath Port Talbot, S Wales, at the mouth of the Avon (Afan) River on Swansea Bay. Port Talbot is a popular seaside resort. Nearby are the steelworks at Margam and the oil refinery at Baglan.  where they play Prestatyn. The visitors are on a great run and lie fourth.

I had Neil Gibson, Prestatyn's boss, on the B-Licence coaching course in the summer and he's a man on a mission. He's recruited very well over the summer and is a conscientious and forward-thinking manager who leaves no stone unturned.

One forward who has made his mark again this season is Marc Lloyd Williams Lloyd Williams (Jun. 5, 1887 - June 12, 1918) was an officer in the United States Marine Corps who served and died in World War I.

A famous saying is attributed to Captain Williams, who was serving as a company commander in the 5th Marines.
. Jiws is scoring goals for fun for Airbus UK and when I met him recently the 36-year old was looking sharper and fitter than ever. Airbus play Carmarthen Town in a game that could produce a hatful of goals but I reckon that Airbus will have too much firepower.

Watch Sgorio Cymru at the earlier time of 5.30pm tonight, Sgorio on Monday, 10.45pm and Sgorio's live and exclusive coverage of Liechtenstein v Wales on Wednesday, 6.40pm.
