Chairman Nemwang urges political parties not to raise dispute over army integration.Byline: ANI Kathmandu, Nov 20 (ANI): Nepal Constituent Assembly A constituent assembly is a body elected with the purpose of drafting, and in some cases, adopting a constitution. An example is the Russian Constituent Assembly, which was established in Russia in the wake of the October Revolution of 1917, which overthrew the Russian Provisional (CA) chairman Subash Chandra Nemwang today urged the political parties not to raise disputes as the army integration is done as per the process. Speaking at a proramme here this morning, Nemwang said that there is no reason to raise dispute as the process is clearly mentioned in the agreement concerning the army integration. He opined that the newly formed Army Integration Special Committee (AISC AISC American Institute of Steel Construction AISC Army Information Systems Command AISC Assessment and Information Services Center AISC The Art Institute of Southern California AISC Academic Information Services Cooperative ) will finalise the issue of the integration. He also expressed discontent over the formation of a nine-member Commission on the Administration Reform and Restructuring (CARR) claiming it to be formed very late. Earlier, he assured that the thorny issue of the army integration and instances of obstruction of the parliamentary sessions by the political parties will not create any hindrance hin·drance n. 1. a. He was confident that the Constituent Assembly rules and regulations will resolve all the contentious issues. "The people will have to remain vigilant to ensure that the writing of the Constitution is done as per the calendar of events for it which was recently passed by the legislative-parliament," he said. Kantipur reported that the new Constitution will be prepared by May 2010 and presented before the President for his approval.
