Dr. Douglas R. Dahl of Monsoon International (OTCBB:MIMF) has formally stepped down from the position of Chairman, President and CEO of Monsoon International and also decided to vacate his seat as a Board Member. Dr. Dahl has agreed to remain as a consultant to Monsoon in order to assist the new management during the transition period as well as the Quality Control Department of the Manufacturing for the Monsoon 1000 Insulation Blowing Machines. The new management is currently negotiating with companies completely independent of Monsoon in order to attain a strong production line with minimum expenditure on the part of Monsoon. This change of management reflects the desire of the former Chairman in order to move the company toward a new direction.

The Board has appointed Finny Mathew as Vice Chairman and CEO and Anne W. Vicaro Esq. as the President and CFO of Monsoon International. Mr. Mathew and Ms. Vicaro are also currently performing as officers and executives of other corporations. Mr. Mathew and Ms. Vicaro are also owners and officers of Finnan Management Group Inc since its inception four years ago. Prior to accepting these positions, they had been consulting for Monsoon for over 18th months while assisting in various areas of the company's needs. Finnan Management Group Inc. is a management company, involved in Mergers and Acquisitions, Legal, Technology development funding and transfers, restructuring of Management for Public companies to qualify for proper financing. Finnan also owns Resorts in Brazil, St. Kitts and properties in Vermont, New Jersey and Florida.
