Chainalytics Announces Formation of its Advisory Board; World-Class Team to Support Continued Growth.

ATLANTA -- Chainalytics LLC, the leading provider of advanced analytical supply chain services, announced today the formation of its Advisory Board. This senior level group of highly seasoned supply chain executives will provide key guidance to the company's senior management team. The Advisory Board's four members will include Wayne Bourne, Robert Evans, Greg Owens, and Gene Tyndall.

The Advisory Board Members include:

Wayne Bourne is the founder and president of The Bourne Management Group, a supply chain, logistics and transportation consulting firm specializing in network creation, transportation economics, organizational development and process analyses. Previously, Bourne spent 14 years at Best Buy where he served as Vice President of Transportation responsible for transportation operations including eight distribution centers, 15 appliance warehouses, four returns centers, 950 stores and private fleet operations. He has also served as Chairman of the Logistics Steering Committee for the RILA (formerly IMRA) and as Chairman of the Richmond Group Logistics Forum.

Robert "Bob" Evans, president and CEO of Churchill Downs Incorporated, has previously held senior executive positions at some of the world's top industrial equipment, automotive, consulting, software and private equity companies. Evans is a past president and CEO of Aspect Development, an enterprise software company that was purchased by i2 Technologies in 2000. He also served as a managing partner in Accenture's Americas supply chain practice. Evans started his career at Caterpillar Inc., where he founded and served as president of Caterpillar Logistics Services Inc.

Greg Owens is currently a managing partner with RedZone Capital, a private equity firm focusing on the consumer products, retail, and entertainment and media sectors. Prior to RedZone, he was Chairman and CEO of Manugistics where he positioned the company as the premier provider of supply and demand chain management solutions. Owens was also the former Global Managing Partner for Accenture's supply chain management practice, overseeing an extensive client list of Fortune 500 companies.

Gene Tyndall has advised more than 100 corporations in over 40 countries during his supply chain consulting career. He is currently President of Supply Chain Executive Advisors, LLC, (SCEA), a global professional services firm comprised of senior executives who provide strategic advice and management counsel to senior business and public officials around the world. Tyndall was previously Executive Vice President of Ryder Systems, Inc., where he was also President of the company's Global Logistics Division. He also served as a Senior Partner and Leader of the Global Supply Chain Management Consulting Practice at Ernst & Young where he advised and led strategy formulations for over 100 well-known global corporations.
