Robert Moore, chairman, stated "As the second-largest holder of frequencies in the United States in the 800 megahertz ("MHz") band for commercial specialized mobile radio See SMR. ("SMR") service, we have been in a unique position during the past few years to identify and take advantage of major changes in this segment of the wireless business. We are providing a marketing focus to a business previously dominated by companies more comfortable with technology than with selling, and with so many channels we are adding efficiencies not previously available to small operators. Very importantly, the higher pricing for Nextel's enhanced SMR services are too expensive for many of the traditional dispatch radio See two-way radio. customers who are not willing to pay for additional services they neither want nor need. This should create substantial demand for Chadmoore Wireless' services."

Richard Leto, chief financial officer, confirmed, "As expected, cash flow is strong in markets where full service has been established more than 90 days, providing Chadmoore with improving financial strength to continue the build out of all 180 markets in which it has licenses. The revenue growth confirms our operating assumptions for market demand and economies of scale." -0-
