Cetra/Ruddy, Inc.

Nancy Ruddy and John Cetra of Cetra/Ruddy, Inc. announced that Patricia J. Hildebrandt has been hired as director of Business Development.

Hildebrandt has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of marketing management and business development in real estate/facility management services. At Cetra/Ruddy, Hildebrandt will direct all new business development efforts.

Prior to joining Cetra/Ruddy, Hildebrandt was the director of Marketing & Business Development at WB Engineers| Consultants PLLC, an MEP/IT engineering firm.

Her resume also includes positions as vice president of Marketing at Integrity Office Solutions; director of marketing for Oce' Business Services; director of marketing at ISS-International Services System, Inc.; and director of Business Development at MAINCO. Pat's early career involved marketing management roles at ERISCO.

Hildebrandt has been on the board of the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) for four years and is part of the Leadership Team of CoreNet Global NYC Chapter. She was honored as one of the Capuchin Food Pantries Women of Valor and participates in fundraising efforts for the Special Olympics.

Hildebrandt earned a BA in liberal arts from Trinity College in Washington, DC and an MBA in Information Technology from Pace University.
