The site has a new purpose-built, 100-bed facility designed to run clinical pharmacology studies in healthy, diabetic and obese participants. Well-known for conducting first-in-human, proof-of-concept studies and participating as a multicenter site in diabetes and obesity trials, the new facility consolidates its operations into one four-story building.

The facility is located on the Christus Santa Rosa Medical Campus and adjacent to one of the largest endocrinology practices in the country that sees more than 6,500 patients per month. In addition to a large database of normal healthy participants, Type I and Type II diabetics and obese patients, Cetero also has access to patients with hypogonadism, neuropathy, osteoporosis and erectile dysfunction.
