It does this by hiring a client company’s employees, thus becoming their employer of record.  (PEO) services, announced today a new relationship with a major hospitality association and the addition of a new line of services for its products.

On October 4, 2004, the Company's marketing subsidiary, Certified HR Solutions Co., learned that it will be designated as the preferred professional employer organization to the nation's fastest growing hospitality association and its 8,000 members which employ approximately 1,000,000 employees. In addition, on October 1, 2004, Certified HR Services Company entered into a partnership with Equity Search, Inc., a tax resolution firm, wherein Equity Search will provide co-employees with federal and state tax related services, including tax returns, appeals and audits at discounted rates.
