Bank One to Conduct Enterprise Testing of New Software for

Potential Internal and External Business Applications

CertCo, Inc., a leading provider of security and risk management solutions for companies doing business online, today announced the release of CertValidator(TM) 3.0, a newly enhanced version of its software enabling (programming) software enabling - (Or "enabling") Modification of the design or implementation of software to allow internationalisation to take place.
