Cerprobe Unifies Names of Subsidiaries.

GILBERT, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 17, 1998--Cerprobe Corp. (Nasdaq/NM:CRPB) Thursday announced that it has changed the name of CompuRoute Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary acquired in 1996, to Cerprobe Interconnect Solutions Inc., and has also changed the name of SemiConducteur Services, S.A., a France-based probe card company it acquired in September 1998, to Cerprobe Europe.
