Cerplex Group acquires multimedia company; acquisition enables company to provide computer-based multimedia training.


TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 1995-- The Cerplex Group Inc., Wednesday announced that its subsidiary, Apex Computer, acquired Courseware Technologies Inc.
