Cerplex Achieves ISO 14001 Certification; Lille, France Facility Among First to Receive Endorsement.

Cerplex has taken the lead in the ISO standardization effort by publishing its own certification guidelines which are available upon request by calling the Lille facility at 33-320-23-4340.

The document, "Going green: the real cost of ISO 14001," is designed to offer companies a perspective on the importance of certification -- what can be achieved not only to ease the pressure for companies aiming for existing targets, but how longer term environmental performance can be improved within increasingly tight profit margins, Davis said.

Cerplex's European operation is managed from its offices in Enfield, United Kingdom and Lille, France on the France/Belgium border, strategically accessible to its European customer base. The Lille site covers more than 1.5 million square feet of land, of which production and warehousing occupy 326,000 square feet.
