Ceridian renews in Midtown.

Ceridian Corporation has signed a major renewal and lease extension in midtown Manhattan.

Ceridian is an information management and employee services company. The company has committed to 98,900 square feet at 142 West 57th Street. The nine-year lease carries an aggregate rent of $35 million.

Ceridian's two groups in the building are Arbitron and Employer Services. William Leahy and Joseph Fabrizi of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., and Gary Buesgens of Ceridian represented Ceridian in negotiations with the landlord, the Macklowe Organization.
