Ceridian Employer Services' New Pay Period CD Provides Immediate Access to Current Payroll Data.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--Ceridian Employer Services announced today a new service that improves payroll department efficiency by providing complete payroll summary information on a CD-ROM at the end of each pay period. The new Pay Period CD can be used alone or with Ceridian's existing Archival CD solution, which offers payroll summary information on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, and year-end W-2 data on CD-ROM. Ceridian Employer Services is currently the only company to offer both pay period and archival CD-ROM services to payroll customers.

Designed for customers who use Ceridian's Signature(R) Payroll Service, Pay Period CD provides all payroll data and summary information from the current pay period on a single CD-ROM, which is delivered with the company's employee paychecks. This gives payroll professionals immediate online access to the most recent payroll data, reducing the time normally spent searching through stacks of hard copy to find or verify specific information.
