Ceridian, a leader in managed business solutions for human resources and employee effectiveness services, today announced the acquisition of HR Comply(TM), the leading human resource compliance publisher for businesses. Under the agreement, Ceridian is acquiring the assets of HR Comply and intends to fully integrate HR Comply services into its solution suite.
