Ceridian Corporation Acquires GLS Benefit Services.

Ceridian Corporation (NYSE:CEN), a leader in managed business solutions for human resources and employee effectiveness services, today announced the acquisition of selected assets of GLS Benefit Services LLC (GLS), a benefits administration outsourcing firm headquartered in Birmingham, Mich.
