) announced today that all current directors were re-elected to its Board at its 2003 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held at company headquarters in Minneapolis. Alan F. White, Senior Associate Dean of the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Massachusetts Institute of Technology, at Cambridge; coeducational; chartered 1861, opened 1865 in Boston, moved 1916. It has long been recognized as an outstanding technological institute and its Sloan School of Management has notable programs in business,  was also a newly elected director to the Board.

Mr. White began his career at MIT MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology  in 1973 and has had responsibility for MIT programs in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
