Cerexagri Inc., King of Prussia, Pa., promotes Barney Gallagher to general manager of U.S. Pre-Harvest. Gallagher had been the senior director of marketing and development for Cerexagri since August 2001. Gallagher's 24-year career in the agrichemical industry started in the Legal Department at Velsicol Chemical. He held positions in development, marketing, R&D and planning with Sandoz, BASF and XS Inc. prior to joining Cerexagri.
