Cerberian Inc., a new software company based in Salt Lake City, Thursday announced it has received $700,000 seed funding from vSpring, Wasatch Venture Funding and the Utah Angels, companies playing a key role in the funding of regional technology based industries.

To date, this brings Cerberian's total venture capitalist support to $1.1 million.
