Ceragon Networks Selected by Teleweb, Comunicacoes Interactivas, SA to Provide Broadband Wireless Infrastructure in Portugal.

Ceragon Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq:CRNT), a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems for next generation communications networks, and Teleweb, Comunicacoes Interactivas, SA, a Portuguese telecommunications service provider, announce today the deployment of Ceragon's FibeAir high-capacity broadband wireless systems. The equipment is being supplied through Siemens S.A., a Ceragon strategic partner.

Teleweb, Comunicacoes Interactivas, SA, which is primarily owned by Finantel, SGPS, and by FirstMark Communications, is deploying Ceragon FibeAir systems as part of its broadband access network in the Lisbon and Porto metropolitan areas. Ceragon's 155 Mbps systems, operating in the 18, 23 and 38 GHz frequency bands, will provide a broadband wireless infrastructure for Teleweb's SDH network and point-to-multipoint deployment.
