Cequel to Release 2009 Third Quarter Results.

ST. LOUIS -- Cequel Communications Holdings I, LLC ("Cequel") announced today that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 on the morning of November 19, 2009. Cequel will hold its earnings conference call at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on November 19, 2009.

Shortly after the earnings call, a replay will be available on the company's Web site (www.suddenlink.com). The same day, Cequel will also post to the company's Web site its quarterly report for the period ended September 30, 2009. That quarterly report is being furnished pursuant to the Indenture governing the 8.625% Senior Notes due 2017 and co-issued by Cequel and Cequel Capital Corporation.
